It wasn’t too many years ago I was feeling the same way. I was exhausted most of the time, living each day thinking about when I could get back in bed. Falling into bed and then laying awake thinking about my kids, my job, my aging parents. I wanted to take better care of myself but I couldn’t find the energy to do it.
Today my life is so different. I have energy, clarity and most importantly a feeling of JOY!
